Dear all,
We’re pleased to announce that Professor Terry Fisher, together with Dale Cendali, Bruce Keller, Judge Pierre Leval, Felix Oberholzer-Gee, and Geoffrey Stewart, will teach a new Harvard Law School Executive Education course focused on copyright litigation this May. The course, Advanced Copyright Practice, welcomes applications from lawyers interested in deepening their knowledge of copyright law, litigation strategy, and business strategy while also strengthening their professional networks.
Profit generated by the course will be used to cover the costs of CopyrightX. As you know, CopyrightX is a networked course on copyright law currently in its third iteration. CopyrightX provides a free online course to students in the online sections and supports a community of affiliated courses.
